Your PKR298 account is personal to you. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials — including your password and any OTP codes sent to your registered mobile number. PKR298 will never ask you for your password via email, live chat or any other channel. If anyone contacts you claiming to be PKR298 support and asks for your password, do not share it and report the contact to us immediately.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PKR298's total liability to you for any single claim or series of connected claims arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount you have deposited with PKR298 in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in this clause is intended to exclude liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or any other matter that cannot be excluded by applicable law.
PKR298 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, PKR298 will provide reasonable notice to registered players via the email address or mobile number associated with your PKR298 account, or by displaying a prominent notice on the platform upon your next login.
Your continued use of PKR298 after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with amended Terms, you may close your PKR298 account at any time by contacting support@pkr298.bet. Any bets or game rounds already in progress at the time of a Terms update will be settled under the Terms that were in effect when those bets were placed.
The "Last updated" date shown at the top of this page reflects the date on which the most recent material amendment was made. Minor corrections (such as typographical fixes) are made without updating the revision date.
